Mar del Plata's airport is beside Provincial Route 2 at Camet, where the road from Buenos Aires enters the city's urban area. It was renamed in 2008 after the composer Astor Piazzolla, who was born in Mar del Plata, and its terminal was built in 1978 for the World Cup. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name.

How much luggage can I take?

One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.

Can I get a child seat?

Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.

Can I cancel?

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.

Who will drive me?

A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
