Yes. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before your pick-up time and the refund is issued in full, automatically. Open "My trips" in your account and press cancel. Within 24 hours of pick-up the driver is already assigned, so contact support.

Add your flight number when booking. We track the arrival and adjust the pick-up to match it. You are not charged for the waiting time.

Yes. Every transfer is private. You never share the vehicle with other passengers and there are no extra stops.

Yes. The journey runs directly between the pick-up point and the destination you enter, whether that is a hotel, an apartment or a street address.

Up to 16 passengers. The vehicle type adjusts automatically as you change the number, and the fare updates with it.

Yes. Taxes and tolls are included and there is no meter. The fare is recalculated on our servers before checkout, so what you were quoted is what you are charged.

Sixteen currencies are available and we suggest one based on your location. Rates come from the European Central Bank and are updated daily.
