Before you land
Two terminals, arrivals only at T1Terminal 2 handles low-cost departures and has no arrivals hall. If your booking says T2 for a pick-up, it is wrong — tell us and we move it at no cost. Your driver waits in the T1 arrivals hall after customs.
Tolls on the A5 and the bridges are includedThe A5 to Cascais and the Ponte 25 de Abril both carry tolls. They are inside your fixed price. Portuguese hire cars often get billed weeks later for these — with a transfer that does not happen.

The airport
Lisbon Airport sits inside the city, seven kilometres from the centre, which is unusual for a European capital. Arrivals is on the ground floor of Terminal 1; Terminal 2 handles low-cost departures only, so you will almost certainly land at T1. The meeting point is the arrivals hall after customs — your driver waits there with your name.
