The airport
Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is west of the city near Surčin, on the New Belgrade side of the Sava, close to where the A1 and A2 motorways meet. It has two terminals, T1 and T2, joined in one building so you can walk between them inside; international arrivals are in Terminal 2. After passport control and baggage reclaim you come out into the arrivals hall, where the taxi desk, car hire and cash machines are. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name.
- The airport is being extended on its C side, with new walkways on the arrival level, so expect some building work along the arrivals corridors.
- Knez Mihailova, the main street of the old centre, is pedestrian-only. If your hotel is on it, the driver will stop at the closest street a car can reach.

How much is a transfer from Belgrade Airport?

Where do I meet the driver at Belgrade Airport?
In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
