The journey
The centre runs along the Garonne quays, from the Place de la Bourse and its Miroir d'eau to the Chartrons. The Rue Sainte-Catherine and much of the old town are pedestrian, and trams run on several streets, so the driver stops at the nearest point.
Arriving at Bordeaux Airport
Bordeaux-Mérignac is west of the city, just outside the Rocade ring road. It has the main terminal halls and a separate low-cost terminal called Billi. The driver waits in the arrivals area of your terminal after baggage reclaim, with your name on a sign.
