French side, Swiss sideThe terminal is split into a French sector and a Swiss sector, with separate exits and car parks. Your transfer starts on the French side: after baggage reclaim, follow the signs for the French exit.

Three countries from one airportFrom the EuroAirport you can reach France, Switzerland and Germany. Switzerland is in Schengen but outside the EU customs union, so customs checks can happen at the border. Carry your passport or ID card.

Meeting point after customsYour driver waits in the arrivals hall after baggage reclaim and customs, with your name on a sign. The flight is tracked, so if it lands late the pick-up moves with it.

The airport

The EuroAirport is a French-Swiss airport on French soil, run jointly by both countries. After baggage reclaim there are two exits: one into France and one into Switzerland. Our pick-up is on the French side — follow the signs for the French sector, where the driver waits with your name.

Take the French exit after baggage reclaim. If you come out on the Swiss side by mistake, contact us before you leave the building.
Basel is in Switzerland and Freiburg in Germany. Carry your passport or ID card for any border crossing.
