The journey

North-east on the S5 expressway, which has linked Poznań and Bydgoszcz throughout since the early 2020s. The old town sits on the Brda river; give the driver the hotel name.

Arriving at Poznań Airport

Poznań-Ławica is inside the city on its western side, which makes it one of the closest airports to a city centre in Poland. The terminal was rebuilt and expanded in 2012 and is small and easy to get through. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name.

• The airport is on the same western side of the city as Poznań Główny station and the trade fair grounds, so those are among the shortest transfers from here.
• There is a Kiss & Fly drop-off and car parks right in front of the terminal, so the walk from the arrivals hall to the car is short.

Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.

Can I get a child seat?

Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.

Who will drive me?

A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.

Can I book the return from Bydgoszcz to the airport?

Yes. Add the return when you book, or book it on its own later, also at a fixed price. For pick-ups away from the airport the driver waits 15 minutes free from the booked time.
