The airport
Tenerife North handles most inter-island and mainland flights. It sits above La Laguna in a zone that catches cloud, and the southern resorts are an hour away on the TF-1.
- This is not Tenerife South. The two are an hour apart and easy to confuse when booking.
- The north side is cooler and greener. Bring a layer.

Which car will I get?
It depends on the size of your group. Sedan: Skoda Superb, Toyota Camry or similar; Premium Sedan: Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series or similar; Van: Mercedes Vito, VW Caravelle or similar; Large Van: Mercedes V-Class, Ford Tourneo or similar; Minibus 12: Mercedes Sprinter or similar · or 2 vans; Minibus 16: Mercedes Sprinter or similar · or 2 vans. How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
Do you go to addresses that are not on this list?
Yes. Enter the address in the calculator on this page and you have the fixed price in seconds, anywhere our partners cover from the airport.
