The airport
Gdańsk Airport is at Rębiechowo, north-west of Gdańsk, on the inland side of the Tricity — it is roughly as close to Sopot as to Gdańsk itself, with Gdynia further north. All passenger flights use Terminal T2; the older Terminal T1 is no longer used for passengers. Non-Schengen arrivals come through the passport control in the newer western pier before reaching the same baggage hall area. Your driver waits in the T2 arrivals hall with your name.
- Ignore old references to Terminal T1 — it is closed to passengers, and every flight arrives at T2.
- The airport sits between the three Tricity cities, so Sopot and Gdańsk are similar rides and Gdynia is the longest of the three.
- There is a railway platform (PKM) reached directly from T2, with trains to Gdańsk Wrzeszcz and Gdynia, if someone in your group is travelling separately.

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
