Expominas, one of the largest convention centres in Brazil, is at Avenida Amazonas 6200, next to the Parque de Exposições da Gameleira. Check which venue your event is in, as the two sit side by side.
Arriving at Belo Horizonte Confins Airport
Confins is Belo Horizonte's main airport, but it is in the municipality of Confins, well north of the city, between Confins and Lagoa Santa. The MG-010 Linha Verde links it to Belo Horizonte. Terminal 2 is an extension of Terminal 1 and handles international flights. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall.
- The Linha Verde into Belo Horizonte gets congested at peak hours. Allow extra time for an early-evening departure.
- Pampulha is a separate, smaller airport inside Belo Horizonte. Check which airport your ticket shows before booking.
How long it really takes
Maps says 51 minutes. That is the driving. Door to door from the moment you land is a different number, and it is the one worth planning around.
Realistically, 81 to 126 minutes after landing. If someone is waiting for you, that is the number to give them.

Can I get a child seat?
Tell us in the booking notes, with the child's age, and we pass it to the driver. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
Can I book the return from Expominas to the airport?
Yes. Add the return when you book, or book it on its own later, also at a fixed price. For pick-ups away from the airport the driver waits 15 minutes free from the booked time.
When do I pay?
