The journey

An hour and a half inland on the A-92, climbing to a plateau below the Sierra Nevada. If you are going to the Alhambra, note that the hotels in the Albaicín are reached by very narrow streets and drivers set down at the closest point that a car can reach.

Arriving at Málaga Airport

Málaga is the gateway to the Costa del Sol, and most arrivals are not going to Málaga itself. Everything west — Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella — runs along the A-7 and the AP-7 toll road. The terminal is single and modern, with arrivals on one level.

The AP-7 toll road saves twenty minutes to Marbella in summer. Our price includes the toll either way.
Resorts on the Costa del Sol spread over several kilometres. Give the hotel or urbanisation name, not just the town.
