Before you land
The airport
Natal Airport is not in Natal: it is in São Gonçalo do Amarante, well outside the city, and it replaced the old Augusto Severo airport in 2014. Ponta Negra and the Via Costeira hotels are on the far side of the city, and Pipa is further south still. Your driver meets you at the arrivals exit.
- Ignore unsolicited ride offers at the arrivals exit; your driver will be holding a sign with your name.
- The faster route to the south of the city usually bypasses Natal on the BR-304 rather than going through town, depending on traffic.

Where do I meet the driver at Natal Airport?
In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. The driver waits and adjusts to the actual landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting after the plane touches down.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis, golf clubs, bicycles or an unusual number of bags: tell us in the notes when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent.
Can I get a child seat?
Tell us in the booking notes, with the child's age, and we pass it to the driver. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
