Before you land
The airport
GRU is Brazil's busiest airport, but it is in the neighbouring city of Guarulhos, not in São Paulo itself, and it has its own access road, the Rodovia Hélio Smidt, linking to the Ayrton Senna and the Dutra. Terminal 1 is domestic only (Azul), Terminal 2 handles most domestic flights and some international ones, and Terminal 3 handles most international and long-haul flights. Your driver meets you on the arrivals level of your terminal.
- International airlines can be assigned to Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 day by day — share your flight number so the driver waits at the right one.
- The Ayrton Senna and the Marginal Tietê are the fast way into São Paulo, but the Marginal is often congested at peak times.

Can I get a child seat?
Tell us in the booking notes, with the child's age, and we pass it to the driver. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
