The airport

Cork Airport is seven kilometres south of the city, on high ground that catches the fog rolling in from the coast. It is a single terminal and a small one — you are outside within ten minutes of the plane doors opening, which makes it one of the easier arrivals in Ireland. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name.
