The airport
Vilnius Airport is on the southern edge of the city, close to the centre. A new departures terminal opened in 2025 and is joined to the older building by a gallery; arrivals still come out through the older section of the terminal. A separate new arrivals terminal is planned for later in the decade. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name.
- Departures and arrivals are now in different parts of the terminal. When you land, follow the arrivals signs out — your driver will be waiting there, not in the new departures building.
- The terminal is being rebuilt in stages, so the layout and walking routes may change; follow the airport signs to the arrivals exit.
- The airport is south of the city on the same side as the railway station, so the station and the Old Town are short transfers.

Where do I meet the driver at Vilnius Airport?
In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
