- Free cancellation until 24 hours before pick-up.
- One suitcase and one bag per passenger. More than that, tell us when you book.
The journey
Twenty-eight kilometres north, half an hour. Treviso has its own low-cost airport, but people often fly into Marco Polo and travel across. The old centre is walled and partly canalled — quieter than Venice and far cheaper.
Arriving at Venice Marco Polo Airport
Marco Polo is thirteen kilometres from Venice, on the mainland. No car reaches the historic centre — the road ends at Piazzale Roma, and from there it is a boat or a walk. That is not a limitation of the transfer; it is how the city works.
- Piazzale Roma is where every car stops. From there, a vaporetto, a water taxi, or your own two feet with the bags.
- If your hotel is on the Grand Canal, a water taxi from the airport dock may suit you better than a road transfer. Ask us and we will say so.
- Mestre is on the mainland, ten minutes from the airport, and half the price of a Venice hotel. Many people stay there without realising it is an option.
How long it really takes
Maps says 30 minutes. That is the driving. Door to door from the moment you land is a different number, and it is the one worth planning around.
Realistically, 60 to 105 minutes after landing. If someone is waiting for you, that is the number to give them.
When to book
Booking early costs the same as booking late — the price does not move. What moves is whether there is a car left.
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before, so booking early costs you nothing if the plan changes.

FAQ
How long does it take to get from Venice Airport to Treviso?
About 30 minutes for the 28 km, outside peak traffic. Your driver knows the route and follows the flight, so a delayed landing moves the pick-up rather than costing you the transfer.

We track the flight number you give us. The driver waits and adjusts to the actual landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting after the plane touches down.
Where do I meet the driver at Venice Airport?
In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full and automatically. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
