Before you land
The airport
Oslo Airport is at Gardermoen in Ullensaker, north-east of Oslo, and is the country's main airport. It has one terminal, with check-in and departures upstairs and baggage claim, customs and the arrivals hall on the level below. The arrivals hall has separate domestic and international sections. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name.
- Domestic and international arrivals come out into different parts of the arrivals hall, so make sure the flight number on your booking is the one you actually land on.
- Unlicensed drivers have been reported approaching passengers in the arrivals hall, and the airport has put up warning signs about it. Your driver will have your name; do not go with anyone who offers you a ride without it.
- Norway's main roads, including the ring around Oslo, have automatic toll points. Nothing needs to be paid on the way and the car does not stop.

Where do I meet the driver at Oslo Airport?

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
