The airport

Mérida International Airport is on the south-west side of the city, close to the centre. It has one two-storey terminal, with arrivals, customs and baggage claim on the ground floor; your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name.

• Give the street and number of your hotel or rental when you book, so the driver finds the right door.
• If you are heading to Uxmal or Chichén Itzá, an early start makes the visit easier in the heat.

FAQ

How much is a transfer from Mérida Airport?

From €34.09, to CAME bus station (6 km, about 15 min). That is the price of the whole vehicle, tolls and taxes included. The table on this page has the price of every destination by vehicle.

Where do I meet the driver at Mérida Airport?

In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.

What happens if my flight is late?

We track the flight number you give us. The driver waits and adjusts to the actual landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting after the plane touches down.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

These are examples: we do not guarantee a particular make or model, but we do guarantee enough seats and enough space for normal luggage.

How much luggage can I take?

One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.

Can I get a child seat?

Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.

Can I cancel?

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.

Who will drive me?

A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
