Before you land
The airport
Teniente Julio Gallardo Airport is just north of Puerto Natales, close to the Argentine border, and its flights are seasonal. Your driver meets you at the terminal exit, with your name.
- Torres del Paine entry passes are sold online only, at pasesparques.cl, the only official channel. Buy yours before you travel.
- In winter and on high-difficulty routes, a CONAF-authorised guide is compulsory. Check the season rules before you go.

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
