Before you land
The airport
El Dorado is Bogotá's main airport, mostly within the Fontibón district. Terminal 1 handles most flights, with an international pier to the north and a domestic pier to the south. Terminal 2, the former Puente Aéreo, is a separate building used for some domestic flights. Your driver meets you at the arrivals exit of your terminal and waits with your name.
- Terminal 2 is used for some domestic flights, including those of Satena and Clic. Add your flight number when you book so the driver waits at the right building. A free airport bus links the two terminals.
- Give your hotel's name and full street address, not just the neighbourhood.

How much is a transfer from Bogotá Airport?

Where do I meet the driver at Bogotá Airport?
In the arrivals hall after you clear customs. The day before your trip we send you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle, and they contact you with the exact spot.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. The driver waits and adjusts to the actual landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting after the plane touches down.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One price covers everyone in it, up to the seats of the vehicle you choose.
Which car will I get?
It depends on the size of your group. These are examples: we do not guarantee a particular make or model, but we do guarantee enough seats and enough space for normal luggage.
How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
