Before you land
The airport
Rafael Núñez airport is in Crespo, a neighbourhood in the north of Cartagena between the Caribbean shore and the Ciénaga de la Virgen. It is the largest airport in Colombia's northern Caribbean region by passenger numbers. Domestic and international flights have separate arrival areas. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall and waits with your name.
- For the Rosario Islands, tell us your boat's departure time: the Muelle de La Bodeguita is the authorised pier for passenger boats to the Rosario and San Bernardo islands.
- In the Walled City and Getsemaní, give the hotel name and street, and the driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach.

Where do I meet the driver at Cartagena Airport?

How much luggage can I take?
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included. Skis or a snowboard, a golf bag, a surfboard or a bicycle: add them when you book, so a vehicle with room for them is sent (there is a small charge, shown before you pay). An unusual number of ordinary bags: tell us in the notes.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes. Choose it when you book: infant seat (0–12 months), child seat (1–4 years) or booster seat (4–12 years). There is a small charge per seat, shown before you pay. Where the law requires a child seat, travelling without one is not possible.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded in full. On many routes you can also book without paying and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.
Who will drive me?
A licensed local transport company that works with Airportlink. We check its operating licence and insurance before it can take bookings, and again when they expire. The day before, you receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle.
