Airportlink is live

What we built

We built Airportlink because the last thing you should worry about after a long flight is what the ride to your hotel will cost. Here is how it works, and why the number you see is the number you pay.

The problem with arriving somewhere

You land after a delayed flight, at eleven at night, in a country whose language you do not speak. There is a taxi rank with a queue, a meter you cannot predict, and a driver who may or may not know the resort you booked. That is the moment we set out to remove.

A metered taxi charges you for traffic. A ride-hailing app raises the price when the arrivals hall is busy — precisely when you have least choice. Neither tells you the cost until you are already in the car.

What we do instead

You enter where you land and where you are going. You get a price. That price includes the tolls, the taxes and the whole car — and it does not change afterwards, whatever the traffic does.

Your driver tracks the flight you gave us. If you land ninety minutes late, the pick-up moves with you, and the first sixty minutes of waiting after touchdown are free.

Who is actually driving

We are not a fleet. Every transfer is run by a licensed local company — TVDE or taxi licensed in Portugal, VTC licensed in Spain — and we check the licence and the insurance before a company takes its first booking.

That matters more than it sounds. A licensed operator carries commercial insurance that covers paying passengers. A private car does not, and you would only discover that after something went wrong.

Where we run today

Portugal and Spain, with 160 routes across 31 airports. Lisbon, Porto and Faro cover the Algarve and both coasts; in Spain we run from Madrid and Barcelona through the Costa del Sol, the Costa Blanca and all seven Canary Islands.

Where we drive today

31 airports · 160 routes

The routes most people book are the ones where public transport is genuinely awkward with luggage:

We are adding countries steadily. If your route is not listed yet, the calculator will still price it — we drive anywhere our partners cover.

Free cancellation, and no card today

Plans change. Cancel up to 24 hours before pick-up and the refund is automatic and complete. On many routes you can book without paying at all, and we only charge the card 48 hours before you travel.

That is the whole product. A driver waiting for you, at a price you already know.

Enter where you land and where you are going. The price you see is the price you pay.
